A fun Saturday morning Workout with a mixture of resistance training and cardiovascular exercises. The class lasts for about 45/50 minutes, including a warm up. Perfect for weight loss or to improve strength, fitness and general health. It is a very supportive group and all abilities are catered for. If you love burning calories with kettlebells, slam balls and reebok steps this is the class for you...👌🏻🏋🏼 Generally indoors October to April and outdoors May to September.
